Our pricing model is about one thing, transparency. Let’s face it, we’ve all been hit with an unexpected bill and nothing feels worse! Our aim is always to ensure that you know the full cost and aren’t caught out by hidden charges. Fixed Price Plumbing Jobs?
When you first contact Plumbforce Direct we will let you know what the price for our engineer to carry out the job will be. If our engineer can fix your initial fault without parts there will be no additional charge.
If we cannot repair it immediately as parts are required our engineer will provide you with a new fixed price which will be agreed prior to the work being carried out. Our new agreed fixed price will include parts, labour and VAT that will be required to complete the repair.
With our fixed pricing policy you will always know the cost of the job up-front, giving you total control. We don’t believe in open-ended repair bills and neither should you.

We accept the following populat methods of payments
- All major Credit & Debit cards
Please note that we unfortunately do not accept personal, business cheques or American Express (Amex Cards).
Credit Accounts Customers
Credit account customers can pay their accounts by any of the above methods, and a receipt of payment will be issued at the time of receipt.
The following additional methods of payment can only be used by credit account customers
- Direct Bank Transfer – BACS or similar
- Business Cheque by prior approval made payable to Plumbforce Direct LTD
