Our prices have been calculated based on our extensive experience carrying out repairs on thousands of properties. Our prices are agreed before any work starts which means you don’t need to worry about inflating prices if the job takes a little longer than estimated, as we do not charge by the hour. If we cannot repair it immediately as parts are required, our engineer will provide you with a new fixed price which will be agreed prior to the work being carried out.
